Dan Meyer, an American with Master’s Degree in Education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the Chief Executive Officer of BPO Elite has over 20 years of experience and expert in analytical approach for finding efficiencies and data-driven decisions in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
With the current situation in the United States, his family decided to move to the Philippines recently. He saw the big opportunity in the Philippines but he said there’s gap in terms of analytical training in BPO industry. Thus, BPO Elite will fill in this void.
The BPO trends which continue to expand at an intense rate, it is vital that BPO companies be able to attract and retain top talents.
In this light, BPO Elite is looking for new graduates, talents and those who would like to shift to a new career and focus to become an analyst in the BPO industry. He said: “The starting salary of the fresh graduates and trained analysts in their firm ranges from P15,000 – P18,000 per month. However, they should undergo training.” He continued that with three to four years experience, an analyst may receive around P30K – P40K per month. He said, for teachers who would like to try this out, they may participate on a part-time basis and see if this fits them.
