The project is a joint venture of Avida Land Corp. (ALC) and Diamond Motors Corp. Avida Land Corp is the affordable property developer of Ayala Land under the umbrella of Ayala Corp. It is 10 minutes away from Greenhills and Cubao Commercial District, 10-15 minutes away from Ortigas Central Business District and 25-30 minutes away from Makati.
