I was invited to see and review the project of Avida Towers New Manila which is strategically located along Col. Bonny Serrano Ave., Brgy. Bagong Lipunan ng Crame, Quezon City. The project is a joint venture of Avida Land Corp. (ALC) and Diamond Motors Corp. Avida Land Corp is the affordable property developer of Ayala Land under the umbrella of Ayala Corp. It provides prime and quality developments that enhance the security and well-being of the owners over the long term.
The project is a master-planned community of five affordable condominiums for middle income earners. ALC offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units and loft-units in select developments with prices starting from P1.2 million, reasonably priced with various affordable payment options.
A five-star development covers a land area of 1.2 hectares. It is 10 minutes away from Greenhills and Cubao Commercial District, 10-15 minutes away from Ortigas Central Business District and 25-30 minutes away from Makati. Offices in Ortigas and Makati, shopping malls, schools (Poveda, La Salle, Xavier, OB Montessori, Immaculate Concepcion Academy) and churches are easily accessible via EDSA and public transportation.

The Avida Towers New Manila project will come to a grand ending with the expected launch of its fifth and last tower in 2011.
In all Avida Towers, Ayala Property Management Corp. (APMC) takes care of day-to-day operations like security and maintenance under the supervision of the homeowners association.
