The Hwayo Trading Inc. and Chung Dam's CEO and President Jacob Yun delivered his opening message with gusto in this event. Chung Dam Parqal welcomes the arrival of the legendary King Crab, a delicacy esteemed to its sweet, soft meat and superb flavor, which is one of Chung Dam’s gastronomic highlights. Chef Jang Jung Yun, the creator behind Chung Dam’s gastronomic innovations, recommends ordering about a kilogram of King Crab per adult male to thoroughly enjoy this magnificent dish.
The Alaskan King Crab is imported from Alaska and priced at Php9,850.00 per Kilogram. And so this huge crab meal is around Php50,000.00! Included in this amount are: fresh salad, seafood pancake, crab stew, tempura, sashimi set and crab fried rice.
