Mr. Hung Kwang Tan, the executive chef and consultant of Nasi Lemak said that with the new location they will become closer to their customers. While Cora Lelina who is the operations manager, a former OFW and the one who started the business in the Philippines in the late 2008 at Tomas Morato Quezon City is optimistic in embracing the challenge of the new year’s business environment.
